A tier measures a past record, not the next trade. Look at how many trades closed, how long the record spans, and how deep the losses went. Two creators with the same win rate can have very different risk. A badge can change as more trades close. ID checks for payouts are a separate step. The public formula lists the weights and sample rules so you can check what the badge means.
